All licenses that you have purchased via our store can be found in the license management. The licenses are divided into system and customer licenses.
System license
This license must be stored in an OCI or cXML license. In principle, a system corresponds to the configuration of an OCI or cXML punchout (login parameters, configuration of the fields transferred to the article, mapping of the units of measurement). This means that if, for example, you transfer other fields to another customer or use other login parameters, you will need another system license. As long as the configuration remains the same, you can simply purchase additional customer licenses and link them to the system accordingly.
A system license always includes a customer license. This means that if you purchase the “System License” product in the AGIQON Connector Shop, you will automatically receive a customer license free of charge. This allows you to assign a Shopware customer to the OCI or cXML system to start a Punchout session.
User license
This is specified in the OCI or cXML system in connection with the customer. A punchout session can only be started with this customer (or the data stored in the customer account). A customer license can only ever be used with one customer in one system.
A customer license is always included with a system license.
Notes
Please note that you must always purchase a system license. You cannot start a Punchout session without this license for an OCI or cXML system.
The situation is similar for the customer license. As soon as you have assigned a system license to an OCI or cXML system, you must also link a Shopware customer account with a customer license (see chapter 3). If you only use one customer for one system, you will automatically be assigned this license as part of the system license in your customer account at https://agiqon-connector.de/en/account/license. If you want to assign more than one customer, you must purchase an additional customer license.
Both licenses are only valid as long as your subscription via the AGIQON-Connector-Shop is valid. If you have canceled your subscription there, your license will be deactivated.
