How the punchout process works
- Connection to your ERP system
We connect your Shopware instance via OCI or cXML with your desired ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). - Purchasing process via Punchout
The user clicks on “call up catalog” in the ERP and is taken directly to the Shopware store (punchout). - Product selection
As usual, select products and add them to your shopping cart. - Return to ERP
At checkout, all order data is seamlessly transferred to the ERP system. - Order processing
Invoicing, shipping and other steps continue to take place centrally via the ERP, while Shopware ensures a smooth store experience.
