How the punchout process works

  1. Connection to your ERP system
    We connect your Shopware instance via OCI or cXML with your desired ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  2. Purchasing process via Punchout
    The user clicks on “call up catalog” in the ERP and is taken directly to the Shopware store (punchout).
  3. Product selection
    As usual, select products and add them to your shopping cart.
  4. Return to ERP
    At checkout, all order data is seamlessly transferred to the ERP system.
  5. Order processing
    Invoicing, shipping and other steps continue to take place centrally via the ERP, while Shopware ensures a smooth store experience.
